The very, very short version is, Jesus is the son of God, same as He and God are one. He was nailed to the cross by people that feared His truth, and died our of love for His followers, taking all of the punishment in our place.
Whoever killed Castiel has to be from someplace that knows the story. Which is anyone from Earth.
I have as much information as anyone else has in making a claim. Which means some information, and some conjecture from what I know of this person. I will not involve you in it, either.
