She's an extraordinary young woman. During the wolf game she was one of the few people to truly put other's well being ahead of her own.

I got involved with her psycho son.

I wanted to help him. Understandably, she didn't see it that way. She thought I'd end up telling him all the things she told me in confidence. Which I didn't, and I never would, but I understand why she worried. Even after Aemond dumped me, things were awkward between us.

There were a lot of reasons but none of them were good enough. It wasn't a good situation for anyone. I really regret the whole thing, and I let her know that, but the damage was done.

It was never really love. I cared about him. I thought it could become that, if he'd let it, but he was never going to. He wanted a lapdog and didn't like his feet touched.

Anyway. Maybe for the best that you two never got up to anything. It would have been awkward.

I am inclined to agree. I was a bit too common for her anyway, I'm sure.

I don't mean it like that. I mean he would shame me when my interests didn't align with his. I don't NEED to do that or any other particular thing. But he could have declined politely instead of tell me that I'm sick to want it.

Her loss. I'll let myself be selfish and enjoy the gain for myself 😊
